I have really gotten into flavouring my water with beneficial herbs and fruits that can be hard to get otherwise. Thyme is amazing for health and one of those herbs we don't tend to eat that much in our daily diets. It has fantastic anti viral properties, so perfect winter water.
I make this water by leaving a bunch of thyme in a carafe of water overnight or for 24 hours then before consuming stain the water through a strainer and add a wedge of lemon if desired.
