Raw Vegan Rosemary Juice Pulp Crackers

When I make juice there is always a lot of left over pulp and fruit and veg fibre that goes in the bin , I decided to try a recipe to re use this so it doesn't go to waste.


  • 2 heaped cups of juice pulp ( the juice I had here was carrot, apple, ginger and spring greens)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup flax seeds

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce or braggs

  • 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon of tumeric

  • Black pepper, to taste

Begin to blend and keep adding water till the consistency becomes smooth. Once blended spread out over sheets and dehydrate till crispy. After around 4 hours take them out and score into squares so they break easily when crisp. They can take me up to 8 hours to Harden off.

You can store in an airtight container and top with raw vegan cheese mashed avocado.
