Raw Vegan Cheese

INGREDIENTS:


- 1 cup pine nuts

- Juice of one lemon

- 1 small garlic clove

- Herbs - I used a handful of fresh coriander

- 2 tablespoons water ( you may want to add more as your blending till you have your desired consistency)

- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

- Salt, to taste



METHOD:


Blend everything together except the water which you can add until you have the consistency you wish ( Less for hard cheese and more for a cheese spread style texture).

Then place in a bowl or air proof box in the fridge till ready to eat 🙂 It usually lasts around 5 days
