Moisturising sea kale and aloe face-mask

INGREDIENTS:


- Bunch of sea kale ( use normal kale if not available)

- Few sprigs of rock samphire (optional)

- 1 avacado

- Gel from an aloe leaf

- Distilled water to blend

- Squeeze of lemon juice



Add all ingredients apart from the water to a food processor and blend adding tiny bits of distilled water till it's blending easily.


Store in a glass jar in the fridge, lasts for around a week.


To use: Apply to the face and neck and even body, leave on skin for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water then apply a moisturiser or face oil.
