Lemon Choc Chip Raw Vegan Power Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1/2 cup walnuts
-1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
-1/4 cup carob powder
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom essence
- Juice and rind from one lemon (use finest section on the grater)
- Small handful of cacao nibs
METHOD:
Use a food processor to blend together all ingredients except for cacao nibs, till it forms a consistency that sticks together and then add the nibs and mix in with hands... roll into small balls and pop in fridge to harden.
