Banana and Flax Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Frozen banana

- 1 Scoop raw vegan protein powder, vanilla flavour ( I like garden of life)

- 2 Teaspoons of ground flax seeds

,- Oat milk (to blend into a smoothie)

- Bee pollen.


METHOD

Blend and top with a tablespoon of bee pollen.
